Warsaw, Poland - May 2014
In May 2014, the teachings of mindfulness and compassion were shared in Warsaw and Poznań, marking a meaningful step in bringing Dharma to Poland. Participants gathered with sincere interest to explore meditation as a path toward inner peace, clarity, and understanding.
Through guided meditation, open dialogue, and intimate group discussions, the sessions created a welcoming space for reflection and personal growth. Mindfulness was introduced not as a philosophy to adopt, but as a practical method to calm the mind, understand emotions, and cultivate balance in daily life.
Loving-kindness and compassion practices resonated deeply, encouraging participants to relate to themselves and others with greater patience and care. The gatherings fostered thoughtful exchange, bridging cultural backgrounds through shared human experience.
These early teachings in Poland planted seeds of awareness that continue to grow — reminding us that peace begins within and naturally extends outward into families, communities, and society.
Wherever mindfulness is practiced with sincerity.
