Singapore – Mindfulness Meditation (2017–2025)
From 2017 to 2025, the Dhamma was gently shared in Singapore, guiding practitioners on a path of inner awakening and spiritual maturation.
Through sustained meditation, loving-kindness (mettā), and the cultivation of compassion (karuṇā), participants learned to quiet the restless mind and open the heart. In dedicated practice sessions and moments of shared reflection, mindfulness became more than a technique — it became a way of being, a returning to presence, humility, and wisdom.
Over the years, a sincere spiritual community emerged — rooted in faith, grounded in practice, and inspired by the aspiration to live with clarity and harmlessness. In the midst of a busy and ever-changing city, practitioners discovered the still point within — the silent awareness that is untouched by circumstance.
When the mind is purified through steady practice,
wisdom arises naturally,
and the heart rests in boundless compassion.
